Job description:
- Handling incoming calls in German.
- Handling chats and emails.
- Registering customer requests and building the right relationship with them.
- Diagnosing and resolving accepted requests.
- Entering data into the system.
- Ensuring high quality of customer service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, and feeling comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Communication skills and attitude towards working with people.
- High personal culture and customer orientation.
- Positive attitude to work.
