Travel Advisor with Norwegian

Your responsibilities:
- Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
- Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
- Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
- Support customers with travel difficulties.
- Assist passengers via calls /chat.
- Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
Our requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
- Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
- Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
- Highly organized.
- Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
- Available to work 8 hour shifts (Working hours: Mon-Fri: 7:00 - 19:00 Sat-Sun: 9:00 -18:00)
