Job description:
- Provide top-notch technical assistance through telephone, email, and chat, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and other client products
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring high customer satisfaction with each interaction
- Maintain our high standards of customer service, delivering consistent, quality support
- Partner with Level 2 support teams to identify and solve emerging technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement in our support processes
Requirements:
- Advanced (B2/C1) level in French
- Good (B2) level in English
- Proficiency in PC usage
- Good understanding of networking technologies
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service with keen attention to detail
- A knack for quickly identifying and resolving issues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support
