Customer Communication and Sales Support Specialist with Kazakh

Job description:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Building positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Preparing offers tailored to customer needs
- Entering data into the system and ensuring its accuracy
- Active sales support and high-quality customer service
Requirements:
- You have a very good command of spoken and written Kazakh (C1 level or higher)
- You have a command of English (B2 level)
- You are customer-focused and want to help others
- You have sales skills and the ability to communicate with customers
- You have experience in customer service and a willingness to learn quickly
- You are an active listener
- You meticulously complete your tasks (data entry) and are well-organized
