Job Description:

We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and seeking Freelance Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to drive success.

As a Freelance Trader, you will:

  • Portfolio Management & Growth: Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of clients and suppliers while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Sales Mastery: Exceed monthly sales targets through new client acquisition and relationship nurturing.
  • Coordination & Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Collaborative Networking: Build strong internal relationships and stay updated on market trends.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities through lead follow-ups and client/supplier research.
  • Client Engagement: Engage potential clients and suppliers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deal Closure & Retention: Lead the sales process to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Populate the sales channel through various methods and ensure lead quality.
  • Partnership Success: Source, negotiate and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships in line with business objectives.

  • Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in POLISH and possesses at least C1-level English/Italian language skills. Additional languages are a plus.
