About this opportunity


Welcome to the Letter of Credit Operations team. We add value by delivering best possible quality to our customers. We are a part of Trade Finance Department responsible for the Letter of Credit product (documents checking and handling payments). As Trade Finance Customer Officer you’ll play a valuable role in effecting payments, creating improvements, new solutions and collaborating with us and our Nordic stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • getting familiar with Trade Finance business
  • processing Letter of Credit payments, financings, claims
  • enhancing the process and quality to improve process performance  
  • working with multiple stakeholders in the Nordics
  • having a chance to further develop in Letter of Credit area

You’ll join a team of motivated, self-driven and talented people. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • preferably experience with payments-related tasks (nostro bookings, international payments, investigation)
  • fluency in spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
