Team Leader in Service Delivery Team

 As a Team Leader, you will: 
  • Join a great, dedicated, and energetic team 
  • Learn about different benefit schemes implemented for clients in EMEA region
  • Build contact network with colleagues from other locations
  • Be part of the team who provide Benefits Solutions platform for clients worldwide
As a part of our Team you will be responsible for: 
 
People management:
  • Supervise, train, and guid team members
  • Plan and set goals for the team
  • Conduct performance evaluations of employees
  • Support employees with training and development activities
  • Monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met
  • Manage the recruitment process for the team
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with team members
Process & project management:
  • Organize and monitors current activity so that the team meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follow
  • the agreed processes
  • Lead process improvements initiatives
  • Ensure updates and changes to processes are consulted with relevant stakeholders and the agreed change
  • management processes are followed by colleagues
  • Own quality control, management of risks and escalations
  • Manage relationships between the team and Key Stakeholders: these can include Clients, Client Managers, other Aon Teams, and 3rd party providers

  • A strong communicator, confident to express your own views and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that build long term relationships and trust
  • An ability to positively influence the behaviours and decisions of others
  • Excellent English and communication skills (written and spoken) are essential
Requirements:
  • University degree (preferably economics, finance, accounting, HR or similar)
  • Proven track record of People Management of a team of colleagues
  • Relevant experience of working within an Operations environment preferable
  • Key Stakeholder and Client Management experience at a management level
  • Proven track record in delivering results to an external client base through the effective management of a team
  • Experience in project/implementation work would be an asset
