About this opportunity

Welcome to Payment Services. As JPO/PO you’ll play a valuable role in  building great relations between Nordea and our global base of customers.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
  • Handling routine task at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions.
  • Co-operating with stakeholders across Nordea
  • Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost

You’ll join a Team of energetic, experienced people working towards common goals. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • English on communicative level (at least B1)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Very good communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks
