Management Systems and Customer Service Data Administrator

Job description

  • Coordination of Customer technical enquiries & Contract Compliance
  • Management of customer documents control / check within the entire organization
  • Coordination with different departments / plants
  • Preparation of contract amendments based on expert input
  • Support sales in customer communication
  • Ethical trading scheme system administration, like SEDEX & EcoVadis
  • Coordination of different organization input
  • Coordination of External-Audits on site
  • Web Shop Administration
  • Coordination of inquiries from the web shop to share them with Sales
  • Administrate of a modular-based web shop. Cooperation with external support units (online store operators - IONOS/1and1)
  • Triggering stock, price, article update or creation on the web shop


  • Fluent English
  • German will be an Advantage
  • Education in Quality or Technology or Commodity Science
  • Business experience preferably in Quality or Technology or technical Back Office tasks
  • Base knowledge of Integrated Management Systems
  • Base knowledge of environmental law and/or ethical trading schemes e.g. SEDEX
  • Attention to details
  • Multitasking ability and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of Excel and Word
  • SAP knowledge is not a must but will be an advantage
  • IT affinity – ability to administrate a modular-based web shop
