your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, or related area
  • Experience in group reservation, sales or call center is a plus
  • Fluent in English, good command of Polish and Russian is a must
  • High communication skills
  • Focus on the customer
  • Strong self and work organisation skills, ability to work independently within a clarified framework
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment
  • Team player, open-minded, eager to learn, flexible, passionate

what you will  be doing:
  • Answering and qualifying the customer’s booking requests
  • Advising and recommending relevant hotels and Accor solutions to the client that best suit their needs and Accor sales priorities
  • Maintaining a strong and professional relationship with customers, hotels and Accor Sales Teams
  • Increase sales and improve confirmation and conversion ratios
  • Negotiating prices with the clients & hotels
  • Being aware and up to date on the market information, trends and competitors.
  • Involvement in projects as outlined annually to help drive and develop groups business through new innovations and processes
