Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Specialist with Italian!

Responsibilities:

  • Contact with Customers via phone, e-email
  • Database administration
  • View and report on status and delivery
  • Checking data for invoices
  • Providing logistical or descriptive information about products
  • Actively informing the customer or the lack of goods and when this lack of goods may affect the order
  • Managing time windows for unloading with customers

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Italian (min. B2) and English (min. B1)
  • Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and self-starter
  • Ability to work under time pressure
